Shipping policy

Fulfillment

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm MST will be fulfilled and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped the following business day. Please note that while we strive to ship orders placed after the cutoff on Friday or early Saturday on Saturdays, this is not guaranteed. On certain occasions orders placed after 2pm will be shipped same day - orders placed after 4pm MST might be dropped off at the post office same day but will not ship until the following business day due to carrier shipping schedules.

Shipping Options

We offer free standard shipping to all locations within the United States. For international orders, we provide live UPS rates for accurate shipping costs at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available via UPS and are quoted based on live rates at the time of checkout.

Cancellations

Due to our fast fulfillment times, we may not always be able to cancel orders unless the request for cancellation is submitted immediately after placing the order. We make every effort to cancel orders upon request, but if the cancellation isn't received promptly, the order may already have been shipped.
